Sidekick runs a supervision programme for Trainee Sign Language Interpreters that supports reflective practice and helps trainees meet NRCPD standards.

We start with expectations, personal development planning and an understanding of the year ahead.

Group supervision
Regular sessions support reflection, learning and shared problem-solving.

Final assessment
We finish with a review of progress and next steps for the trainee’s professional development.
Pricing and access
Annual supervision is priced at £575 with ad hoc start dates. Participants must be on an approved interpreter training programme and commit to attending the supervision sessions.
